You will surely lose weight with the dukan diet. However, the only disadvantage is that you will have similar outcomes when you skip the diet and cut your calories. This kind of diet depends on radical reduction of calories while saving on a basic nutrition. The suggested daily multivitamin cannot do anything with the lost of the building blocks of the nutrition which you will not get on this kind of diet.
This kind of diet is divided into three parts. First, goal is to have a fast weight loss with the use of protein. Keep in mind that you should maintain a protein diet for ten days. This is also called as an attack phase due to the fact that the fats are targeted. Unluckily, you will feel that your body is under attack.
To make it simple, phase one is to eat a complete protein diet.
You can eat low fat or lean meat, fish, chicken, soy and eggs. Though, you are not allowed to eat pork or lamb because it contains a high fat. You need to drink 1.5 liters of water, including some supplements. Even though you are allowed to eat all the foods that you like in this phase, this is still considered to be the most difficult phase. For some, they are not satisfied if they are not able to eat pork or steak in one meal.
On the other hand, the second phase is longer, and it will depend on the weight that you like. The goal is to eliminate two pounds every week. However, in phase three, it is less restrictive plus you do not have to lose weight. However, you should stay in this phase for five days. Lastly, you should be able to maintain the plan strategy that you have started. Most of the time, people who are conscious with their weight and figure are the ones who rely on this. You do not have to rely on various medications because this is not actually recommended. It does not mean that you are not allowed to take in any medication, but it is still your choice.
At the present time, majority of the people in different places around the world prefer to undergo several surgical procedures. Even if they are aware that it can cause some complications, it does not matter to them as long as they lose weight. It is important to comply with the dukan diet so that you will be able to achieve the body weight that you desire. In addition, you should also have enough exercise because this is also one way for you to reduce weight and burn fats without having any complications that can be threatening to one’s health.
